Delivery and Installation of Equipment
Gym fit Out Dubai offers free delivery & Installation on all Fitness Equipment sold across United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain and Oman.
Delivery Charges
Delivery charges is free, provided the total purchase value is above a minimum threshold. Details of the charges, country wise, is outlined below;

Installation ServiceInstallation will be carried out by our technicians at your premises based on your convenience. This service is generally applicable for equipment only. Installation service will not be covered for below items;

The above are normal delivery lead time for all regions. However, it may fluctuate depending on various irrepressible factors, generally being;
- Unusual surge in orders, generally during a sale promotion period.
- Unusual delay in border clearance from Customs Authority – applicable for Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain and Oman.
- Delay in providing personal ID information for submission to shipping agent towards customs authority clearance as per shipping agent guidelines – applicable for Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain and Oman.
For United Arab Emirates
You can initiate a return & refund request within 14 days from the delivery of the product, provided the product is still in its original packing. After examining the condition of the returned product, refund will be done within 7-10 working days.
However, in case of equipment, once the product is shipped and installation is done, we will not accept return of the product. At the time of installation, if in case, any manufacturing defect is detected, the equipment will either be repaired free of cost or replaced as a final measure.
For Other GCC Countries
Presently, we do not have a return option for shipments to Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain and Oman once the product is dispatched from warehouse. However, if the customer wants to cancel an order before dispatch, they may do so and get refund within 7-10 working days.
General
Returns will not be accepted for pre-ordered items. A refund fee will be applicable for all non-cash payments equivalent to deductions made by the payment gateway.
Warranty Information
Standard warranty of 1 Year from the date of purchase is applicable on all equipment. Warranty covers both labour and spare parts.
Warranty is applicable to manufacturing defects only. It does not cover defects caused by wear & tear, misuse, failure to abide by the instructions provided in the product manual.
The warranty shall be waived or deemed invalidated if the equipment is proven to be tempered with any other person/party other than technicians provided by Gym fit Out Dubai.
